Dice and Luck
The official description says that upgrading dice gives more Luck. It does not publish a complete probability formula for a particular character. Read the labels and requirements in your own current game; a Luck multiplier is not the same thing as percentage-point drop chance.
Characters, mutations and teams
Rolling reveals anime characters, and mutations are part of the collection loop named by the developer. The official page also highlights building a strong team and climbing leaderboards. This guide does not currently publish a complete roster or a verified best-character ranking; current names, variants and matched comparison conditions would be needed to make those answers useful.
Money and your next decision

Common labels you will see
Cash is the balance used in the recorded Rebirth panel. Luck and Cash have separate multiplier rows there. Lucky Spins, Trait Rerolls and Gems are the reward types named in code reports. Codes keeps reported strings and redemption instructions together; it does not guarantee the current reward on your account.
