GEMS & GRADE INCOME

How to Use Gems for Grades in Anime Dice

Reviewed 11 September 2026 (UTC+8)/Independent guide

Gems are used to reroll a selected unit's Grade. To find the service, go to the Hub and look for GRADES. Grade records list Income multipliers; they should not be confused with dice Luck or a Trait Reroll.

Find the Grades station

The published Hub image shows the GRADES sign on a pink-roofed station to the right of the large TOWERS entrance. A TRAITS sign is nearby, so check the station name rather than entering the first upgrade area you see.

View the published Grades station screenshot. This is a reference to the captured layout, not a promise that landmarks can never move.

Make one manual Grade reroll

The published instructions specify a unit in your inventory and one Gem for a manual reroll. Follow the cost and selection shown by your current menu if they differ from that reference.

  1. Open the menu at the Grades station.
  2. Use the + selector and choose the unit whose Grade you intend to change.
  3. Check the selected unit and its current Grade before spending.
  4. Use the Gem control for one manual attempt.
  5. Read the new Grade and remaining Gem balance before deciding on another attempt.

The documented system assigns one random Grade to the selected unit. A reroll is not a guaranteed move to the next rank. This guide does not assume a result lock, pity counter or automatic stopping rule.

Documented Grade Income multipliers

The compared records agree on the following Income multipliers. This is not a roll-chance table.

C1.2×
B1.6×

A better unit Grade is not the same as the same boost to your whole team

A change from A to A+ moves the listed multiplier from 3× to 4.5×. The ratio is 4.5 ÷ 3 = 1.5, or a 50% increase in that multiplier.

Consider an illustrative calculation. Suppose the selected unit currently earns 1,000 Cash per second, the rest of the team earns 4,000, and that unit's entire income scales with the Grade ratio while everything else stays unchanged.

A better unit Grade is not the same as the same boost to your whole team
Cash sourceBeforeAfter the assumed change
Selected unit1,000 / second1,500 / second
Other units4,000 / second4,000 / second
Team total5,000 / second5,500 / second

The selected unit gains 50%, but total team income rises by 10%. These are mathematical assumptions, not measured Anime Dice earnings or a verified formula for every modifier combination.

For a personal estimate, use the earnings you actually observe after the change. Do not multiply measured income by Grade a second time. The Rebirth calculator expects total active income in millions per second: 5,500 Cash per second is 0.0055 M per second.

These checks are not a diagnosis of every interface failure. Stop rather than repeatedly spending if the menu or result differs from the documented sequence.

Choose a unit you expect to keep using and set a Gem budget before rolling. This is a resource-management suggestion, not a claim that every player should target the same Grade. For reported codes that may award Gems, use the code list and redemption guide; current redemption and disputed reward quantities remain separate questions.

Do Grades improve Tower damage or dice Luck?

The Grade labels used in this guide specify Income. They do not document a Damage, Health or dice-Luck bonus. Do not treat this multiplier table as evidence that a Grade reroll solves a combat or character-drop problem.

Why are exact Grade chances not included?

The compared pages disagree on some rare-Grade chance entries. A multiplier can be documented without the complete probability model being reliable. This guide therefore does not give an average Gem cost, a guaranteed number of rerolls or an automatic-reroll target based on those disputed percentages.
